Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.
To return an item, please send an email to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After we receive your request to return your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your request to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Web hosting
● Game server
● Domain name
In accordance with the general conditions, the Customer (for whom the quality of the consumer is retained within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Code) accepts the immediate implementation of the service from the validation of his order. From the validation of the payment, the Customer has access to his services. Therefore and in accordance with the terms of article 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the option of exercising his right of withdrawal for any order or renewal of the Service.
